Hi Mr B,

It is interesting to read your thread and see the transition that you are making towards health. In your previous post you have made reference to the choices you have made that have led to positive change and the benefits you have started to see in your relationship with your wife and a reduction in those stresses. Your exercise on immediate gratification and how the feelings that this brought out in you shows a complete contrast in where you were to how you feel now. I can certainly relate to the way you described the previous appeal of immediate gratification but you should gain confidence now in knowing that having avoided making those choices, you are still alive, nothing bad has happened and in fact only positive things have happened to you as a result. It is a moment perhaps to take stock of how far you have come and to take confidence that you are headed on the right path.

Well done and I look forward to seeing your journey continue.
