Butterflygirl. Yes that particular song really goes straight to the heart of everything.

And thank you. I think I come across as extremely intense in what I've been through. It has hurt but I have healed much of it and when I remember that I am not what has happened to me, I remember to live my life rather than to live my pain, if that makes sense. If pain comes up, I try to let it flow and not get carried away by it. When I am successful with that, it feels profoundly healing. When I get carried away, well, I get carried away until once again, I remember.

I think I posted this earlier either on this thread or elsewhere but came across it again this morning. Very moved by it. I was surprised to read that these men have received a lot of criticism for this as it felt very healing to me.

I just listened to the song I started this thread with....Calling All Angels and it reminds me of my dear grandmother who used to tell me there were always angels taking care of me, that if I closed my eyes I could feel them close by. Thank you Grandma for that image and loving me.
