About the Recovery ChecklistWhat is it?The Recovery Checklist is an online, database-driven program to assist you in both organizing your recovery and providing means for generating accountability throughout your transition to health.
All of the specific tasks required to successfully complete the workshop are listed in chronological order, along with links to each lesson's audio coaching series.
How does the checklist work? The checklist has three primary tracking functions:
1) For those lessons you have not yet begun, the link to that lesson will remain black. When it comes time, click on this link and an additional screen appears that lists every task that you need to complete, along with an open text field to take notes to review later on in coaching. You will also gain access to the audio supplement available for that particular lesson.
2) For those lessons you have begun but not yet completed, the link to that lesson will remain red. Clicking on this link will provide you with all previous work that you have done on the lesson...allowing you to simply update the remaining tasks.
3) Upon completion of all of the lesson's tasks, the link to that lesson will turn gray. You can still access that lessons work, along with the audio files but to help you with organization, it will remain gray. Should you later determine that you want to do more on that lesson, go back to it and remove the 'completed' check. The link will turn red--alerting you that you have some additional work to do.
Additional Tracking AreasIn addition to tracking all lessons, the Recovery Checklist allows you to track all major health monitoring objectives, sexual health assessments and more. Note: This feature is temporarily off-line. At one point earlier this month, I had the checklist working perfectly. But then I tried adding some additional features and totally screwed it up. I've since had to recreate it from scratch and now need to reconnect it to the database before taking it live. Getting this back online is my top priority for the week. |
