Personal CoachingIs it worth it?
Listen to the personal testimonials of others who have gone through personal coaching w/Jon TESTIMONIALS Recovery Nation now offers personal coaching for those seeking a more structured, personalized approach to their recovery. This is your opportunity to work directly with Jon in establishing the tools and experience you will need in transitioning from addiction to health.
Coaching is offered on a 'go at your own pace' schedule so that no coaching sessions are ever wasted. Remember that recovery coaching involves personal education, life skill development, healthy/unhealthy pattern evaluation, tool building, practical application of material, crisis management (involving addiction-related issues) and objective assessment. It does NOT include issues that require professional counseling. Issues such as depression, anger, obsessive/compulsive disorder, marital discord, life apathy, etc. If you are pursuing coaching, it should be with the understanding that you are motivated to overcome your addiction...not merely to fix your life.
Upon successful registration, an email will be sent to you regarding the specific package you have chosen. This email will include a link to scheduling your first session. RN offers the following options for personal coaching:
