The Individual Session Coaching Package ($35/session)

This package is ideal for those who have begun the workshop and seek personal guidance with only one or two areas of development. For instance, let's say you have completed the lessons on developing personal boundaries but find yourself unable to apply the concepts directly to your life. Having a single coaching session on boundaries will allow you to work through those issues. Or, should you want a thorough review of your reactive action plans--with personal help in expanding and ingraining them--this option allows you to do that without having to go through the entire coaching process.

Frequently Asked Questions About Personal Coaching

  • What should I expect?

Personal coaching involves you, CoaachJon and CoachPilar working together to help you rebuild YOUR life. This coaching is not about focusing on your partner and his/her addiction, it is about understanding the effects of that addiction on you. And healing the damage that has been done.

  • When would I start?

As soon as possible. On some occasions, initial coaching sessions can be made the same day you register. If it is a weekend or evening, we will ask you to set up a day/time (at your earliest convenience) to have our initial session. The sooner, the better.

  • Upon receiving your registration, you will receive an email from CoachJon and CoachPilar welcoming you and providing you with 'the next steps' for scheduling your first session. This email will also include all links, passwords you will need to make the most of the advanced features that site has to offer.

  • What hours are coaching sessions available?

All coaching sessions relating to understanding your partner's addiction will be conducted by Coach Jon. His hours are as follows:

    • Weekdays 10am-5pm central time
    • Weekdays 9pm-11pm central time
    • Other times available for crisis/special circumstances

All coaching sessions focused on you and your personal development will be conducted by our professional partner's coach, Coach Pilar. Her hours are as follows:

    • Weekdays 6pm-11pm central time
    • Weekends 9am-5pm central time
    • Other times available for crisis/special circumstances

  • How long does coaching usually last?

Typically, partner's coaching last two months. Some feel significantly more confident after the first month and choose to manage the rest of their healing from there. Some request a third month because the bond they have created with their personal coach is so strong and they simply want another month of growth before transitioning to independence. But for most, two months seems to be the 'right amount'.

  • How do we engage in the live coaching?

This is most frequently done over the phone. We use an Internet-based phone service so that all of our calls remain toll free and thus, reduces the costs for all of us. You, however, may use your regular phone. Additionally, we use Webinar to assist in live tool development, accountability and instruction. On registration, you will gain access to this service for free.
