My Recovery Manager: Create Account

Remember:

1) You will be the only one who can access this manager. Your coach cannot access it unless you provide him/her with your user name and password.

2) You must use a valid email address. Immediately after registering, your account will be created and a temporary password will be mailed to you.

3) User Name--please use the same user name that you registered with in the Recovery Forum.
