What are Ritualistic Chains?

Ritualistic Chains are another concept taught in the Advanced Recovery Workshop that allow you to visualize how compulsive behaviors and elements work together to form an extensive emotional management strategy. Once the skill of developing ritualistic chains has been mastered, it is used to begin the isolation process of the addiction from the person's identity.
