What to expect

Trainings will last between fifteen to thirty minutes and will focus on the scheduled topic(s) only. After the initial training presentation, an open question and answer forum will follow. Questions will be answered first in relation to their relevance to learning the topic at hand. Specific personal situations will NOT be focused on--unless that issue can be used as a learning tool for all. If you are seeking personal guidance, please consider either the community forums, personal coaching or participating in an online support group.

How to register

1. In the week prior to the training, use the contact us form to register. Be sure to include both an email address for us to send the confirmation link and what session (day/time) you are registering for.

2. Once we receive your registration, we will send you an email which includes a link to the private training. Included in this email will be a password to allow you to enter the online training room.

3. ONE TIME ONLY: These training are intended to be free. We have selected a software package that is integrated with Skype--a free, Internet-based phone service. If you would like to listen to these sessions without worrying about cell phone minutes or long-distance, take a minute to download Skype. Download Skype The entire process should take less than five minutes and should be completely free.

4. Prior to the training, make sure you have completed all prerequisites. This will allow trainings to explore more advanced application of the topics at hand--rather than focusing on the same material that is currently available through the workshop. The prerequisites will be included in your confirmation email.

5. A few minutes prior to the training, click on the meeting link and enter the code assigned to that meeting. That's it.

6. During the first 15-30 minutes, the structure will be pretty rigid. Material will be presented and on occasion, questions/personal experiences will be asked for. After this initial presentation, the meeting will be opened up to all questions relevant to the topic. With any remaining time, additional questions will be taken.

A Few Odds and Ends

*IF you are using Skype, you will need either headphones or computer speakers to hear Jon's audio presentation.

*In most trainings, questions will be typed and posted by individuals in the training group, with answers being shared orally by Jon. I will NOT be typing out my responses (tried that in the past, took WAY too long).

*Trainings are limited to the first twenty registrations received for the week. If we are consistently getting more than twenty registrations per training, we will consider expanding our offerings to meet those needs (keeping in mind that this is my 'free time' being sacrificed--so priority to family commitments/personal health will take precedent).

*We use Convenos as our primary online training tool. This software allows you to listen to the coaches live, view instructional material and share any questions you may have. There is no download or training required.

* Please Register at Least One Day in Advance

You are asked to register for each session you plan on attending at least one day in advance. This is out of courtesy to me. These are free trainings and if one or more people register, I will be more than happy to conduct the session. Otherwise, I would much prefer to spend that time with my family or playing basketball, golf, tennis, etc.
