Hello J
I guess that you have given up on RN?
what do you have to lose
I accept that RN may not be the right tool for everyone but did you really give it a chance?
whatever you do decide please do not give up on yourself
Addiction will only go one way unless the addict chooses the alternative
choose wisely

Remember recovery is more than abstinence
Every transition begins with an ending
Do not confuse happiness with seeking pleasure
stay healthy keep safe
Coach Kenzo
