hi RN community,

is there a post on RN for approaching wet dreams? unfortunately i've had at least two over the past few months and wanting to come up with an action plan for moving past this. i'll create one anyways, yet just wanting to get as much insight as i can.

thanks!

Hi Foundman,

You are never in control of what you dream about and what happens during that time.
If however you wake up still thinking about the dream for more than a few mins, then you deal with it using the same techniques you have learned for any other type of trigger.
